Shipping policy

We aim to ship all ready to ship items as quickly as possible, however our shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
Friday's may be pushed to the following workday if we are away from the studio due to travelling for Yarn Shows around the UK.

Dyed to Orders are shipped as soon as possible. If you have heard nothing after four weeks, please get in touch. 

All items are shipped through Royal Mail, if you wish to have a different company, please get in touch prior to placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

All items are shipped 48hr tracked as standard and you will be provided all tracking information.

EU Shipping (Europe and Northern Ireland)

We are shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland, this is limited to Yarn only and any items ordered that are not yarn will be cancelled and refunded. 

If our Re:Designed bags are ordered then we will cancel and refund less 10% due to the fees we will have to pay.

International Shipping

Sent by International Tracked, again tracking information will be provided.

US Shipping

We are shipping to the US, however due to new tariffs from 29 August 2025, there is an increase of 10% of the order and shipping value added at checkout. 

Customs / Fees / Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs, fees, or tax associated with international shipping. Customs fees vary from country to country, Blue Fern Yarns will not be responsible for these charges. 

Advent Packages

All Advents are shipped via tracked services and you will be provided with a tracking reference when your order is shipped. This will cost slightly more than the standard tracking costs due to the weight of these items.
